Executive Boardroom Presentations

• As a participating supplier you will present to a minimum of two - (2) retailer groups, which have been pre-selected for you based on a combination of your interests and that of the retailers. 
• You will present to at least seven (7) retail executives that have expressed interest in your product or service capability in each boardroom session
• 20 minutes in length, boardroom presentations are an opportunity for you to provide the retailers with a snapshot of the product/innovation/service that your company has to offer
• Each boardroom setup includes an LCD projector, screen, flip chart and markers
• Boardroom presentations are the foundation of the Event and fill approximately two thirds of each day of the Event for the Retailers

One-on-One Appointments

• Offer a private environment to continue the dialog started in the boardrooms or to meet with retailers not scheduled for your presentations
• Allow for follow-up with those retailers that were seen during the boardrooms that expressed an interest in the products/services your company has to offer
• Provide an area to network with all Event participants
